Overview
Filters and cartridges are the consumable heart of any reusable respirator program — and the reason a shared bayonet system pays off. Every ADAIR filter and cartridge uses the same bayonet interface as our half-face and full-face masks, so distributors and safety managers stock one connection system across their whole operation. The range covers particulate-only filters in P2/P3 classes, single-gas cartridges (organic vapors, acid gases, ammonia), and combination cartridges for mixed hazards.
Each cartridge is filled with graded activated carbon and clearly color-coded and labeled by protection type, so selecting the right one is straightforward even for non-specialists. They ship individually sealed with manufacture dates, and our resources section includes a practical guide on change schedules — because a filter used past its service life is the most common failure in respirator programs. Volume pricing is available for standing filter supply contracts.
