Half-Face Respirators

Reusable elastomeric half masks with replaceable filters for dust, vapors and gases.

Half-Face Respirators

Overview

A half-face respirator covers the nose and mouth while leaving the eyes exposed, making it the workhorse of industrial respiratory protection. ADAIR half-face respirators use a soft thermoplastic elastomer body that seals against the face with less pressure than hard plastics, while a bayonet interface accepts our full range of particulate filters and gas/vapor cartridges — so one facepiece can serve across dust, fume, and chemical applications simply by changing the filter.

These respirators are built for daily use in demanding environments: the adjustable four-point harness keeps the mask stable during movement, exhalation valves vent warm air to reduce heat buildup, and every wearable part is replaceable. For distributors, the key advantage is logistics — a small set of facepiece sizes plus a shared filter system covers most industrial needs, reducing SKU complexity while giving end users reliable, reusable protection.
